Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever. It covers one user, three clients, and up to five documents a month, with no credit card required.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing; usage limits and features adjust instantly.
Does it cost extra to take card payments?
Not from us — we take no cut of your invoice payments. You pay your payment processor directly. In South Africa that's Paystack, which publishes 2.9% + R1.00 per local card transaction, 3.1% + R1.00 for international cards, and 2% on EFT, all VAT exclusive. Paystack deducts its fee before paying out to your bank. Rates change and are negotiable at volume, so check Paystack's pricing page for current figures.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it — for example South African Rand (ZAR) in South Africa — and otherwise in US dollars (USD), per month. Per-plan limits for seats, clients, documents, and emails are enforced in the app.
