These Terms govern your access to and use of Platybooks. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Plans and billing

Platybooks offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Business). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings; plan limits and features adjust accordingly.

Your content

You retain ownership of the clients, documents, and other data you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive communications.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service over time; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
